Organised by the Sailing Federation of Hong Kong, China, subvented by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau's Arts & Sports Development Fund, the Hebe Haven Yacht Club is pleased to again present the competitive Open Dinghy Regatta in 2024. 

It is the final event of the Grand Prix Series for the 29ers.
