Organised by the Sailing Federation of Hong Kong, China, subvented by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau's Arts & Sports Development Fund, the Hebe Haven Yacht Club is pleased to again present the competitive SHK Scallywag Foundation Open Dinghy Regatta in 2025. Racing will be held in the scenic waters of Port Shelter, over geometric courses.
